community Wellness Programs including nutrition and fitness classes, yoga and more.
The
foundation of Joy's practice is the understanding that there is a very powerful link between diet and disease that is frequently
overlooked. In addition to treating your immediate symptoms, she will often focus on your digestive health including
dietary and nutritional recommendations. Good health can be as simple as giving your body the nutrition it needs, helping
you realize increased
immunity, improved physical strength and endurance, a healthy weight, enhanced mental clarity and an overall sense of well-being.
Joy Lindquist is a 2011 American Cancer Society "Women of Excellence in Healthcare" Honoree.
